Premier International School is proud to celebrate the participation and success of our students in the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award (DofE), one of the world’s leading youth development programmes. Through commitment, resilience, and personal growth, several of our students successfully completed the requirements of the programme and were awarded the Bronze Award.
The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award is a globally recognised programme designed to empower young people between the ages of 14 and 24. Established in 1956, the Award operates in over 130 countries and territories, helping young people develop essential life skills, confidence, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Rather than focusing solely on academic achievement, the Award encourages participants to discover their potential through practical experiences. It promotes self-discipline, teamwork, leadership, service to others, and perseverance, equipping students with skills that remain valuable throughout life.
